Eva Peng,
CEO & Founder
Eva Peng’s passion for design began in childhood, sketching floor plans and watching her family build their home.
She holds a graduate degree in Energy Engineering and is a Certified Professional Engineer in Alberta. After starting her career in the energy sector, she transitioned into real estate in 2016.
Eva blends technical expertise with creative vision, designing thoughtful, lasting spaces that reflect her lifelong dedication to purposeful, people-focused development.
Jacky Chen,
Co-Founder & Vice President
Jacky Chen’s passion for building began early, fixing appliances and assembling tools as a child. Over the decade, that hands-on drive has grown into deep construction experience across commercial projects, custom homes, and full residential developments.
As Co-Founder and Vice President of Raynow Homes, Jacky leads site operations, trade scheduling, and quality control. With expertise in all major building systems, he’s known for both managing and doing the work when needed.
His leadership ensures every project is built with precision, care, and lasting value.
