Hi, I’m Eva , CEO of Raynow Homes.
My passion for building started when I was young, watching my parents construct our family home. I still remember the smell of fresh lumber, the excitement, the stress—and the stacks of home-building magazines I devoured just for fun. That spark stayed with me and eventually led me to engineering, because I’ve always loved creating things that last and building real value from the ground up.
Today, I’m a builder-developer who stays hands-on from the very beginning—finding the right land, navigating zoning, shaping the design, and guiding each project all the way through construction. I love creating homes and multi-family developments that are smart, efficient, and genuinely cared for.
I also work closely with investors, walking them through the entire journey with clarity and confidence. From land selection and financing to design, construction, and property management, I help them turn ideas into profitable, meaningful projects.

Hi, I am Jacky, Vice President of Raynow Homes
Jacky is truly a jack-of-all-trades—someone who has been building, fixing, and problem-solving since he was a child. He grew up assembling tools, taking radios apart, and putting them back together long before he ever stepped onto a job site. Over the decades, that early talent evolved into deep hands-on experience across both residential and commercial construction.
Jacky has worked in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, giving him a rare, full-system understanding of how buildings come together. Today, as Co-Founder and Vice President at Raynow Homes, he leads all on-site operations, trade scheduling, and quality control.
He identifies issues early, resolves them efficiently, and keeps every project on or ahead of schedule. His leadership and technical expertise have contributed to delivering multi-family builds in under seven months, making him a driving force behind Raynow’s fast, high-quality construction.
